Former captain of the Rio de Janeiro Military Police (ex-Bope). He was honored by Flávio Bolsonaro in the Rio de Janeiro state legislature (Alerj) with a motion of praise (2003) and the Tiradentes Medal (a 2005 bill); according to a news report, he was at the time held in pretrial detention for homicide, a charge of which he was acquitted in 2007. In January 2019 he was charged by the Rio de Janeiro state prosecutors (MPRJ) in Operation Intocáveis, which identified him as leader of the Rio das Pedras militia; an arrest warrant was issued, he was not arrested, and he died in February 2020 in a police action in Bahia without having been tried (criminal liability extinguished). According to news reports, his mother and then-wife worked in Flávio's Alerj office until November 2018.
