Retired military police officer from Rio de Janeiro. He was an aide in Flávio Bolsonaro's Alerj office until October 2018, when a Coaf report on atypical activity in his account gave rise to the Rio de Janeiro state prosecutors' (MPRJ) investigation known as the "rachadinhas" case. Jair Bolsonaro stated he had known him since 1984. In 2024 he ran for city councilman in Saquarema (RJ) for the PL and was not elected.
