Support for Jair Bolsonaro

In an interview cited in January 2022, as a pre-candidate for governor of Rondônia, he said "I am Bolsonaro", although he said he did not need the president to be elected. In August 2022 he skipped a TV debate because he had an engagement with Jair Bolsonaro in Brasília, at a meeting of Progressistas with candidates for governor and Senate; a report from the same week describes him as part of the president's support base. A later break was not found in the sources read.
